Hellen Ndungu, FNP

Hellen Ndungu, FNP, is an experienced family nurse practitioner and a highly skilled and knowledgeable aesthetics, hormone therapy, testosterone, and weight loss specialist.

Hellen sees patients 20 years and older at Rebuil-T Healthcare, a private medical practice located in Georgetown, Texas.

She began her education in medicine at Camden County College and Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing and earned an associate’s degree in nursing. 

Next, she completed a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) at Rowan University and UMDNJ (Rutgers University), followed by a Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) as a family nurse practitioner at Widener University. 

She holds numerous certifications, including Hormone Pellet Placement, Penile Shockwave Therapy, Basic Life Support, and American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Hellen offers medical weight loss services for men and women, hormone testing, and hormone replacement therapy, including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), and much more. 

She also provides individualized and effective treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) for men.

Hellen has over six years of experience in the field and truly enjoys improving patients' lives through hormone balance and encouraging healthy lifestyle changes. She believes disease prevention is critical to improving a person’s quality of life.

When she isn’t working, Hellen also loves traveling with her family, reading, and spending time in her garden.
